Established in October 2018 as Singapore’s first Basque-centric restaurant celebrating the country’s indigenous culture and produce, Basque Kitchen by Aitor was awarded its first Michelin Star in the 2019 edition of Michelin Guide Singapore and retained the accolade in the 2022 edition.
Reopening in its second home within the historical building of The Fullerton Waterboat House, Basque Kitchen by Aitor begins a new chapter while staying true to its produce-driven culinary philosophy.
The restaurant showcases contemporary Basque cuisine reinterpreted by Chef-Patron Aitor Jeronimo Orive. Comprising a 28-seater dining room and a private room boasting fine views across the waterfront. Basque Kitchen by Aitor is open for both lunch and dinner, offering an exclusive tasting menu for each of the sessions.
